Camam is a video recording app provided directly by StudyPal App, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing and using the App, you agree to these terms and conditions.


2. Use of the App

  • The App is available to users worldwide on the Apple App Store.

  • You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules in your location while using the App.

  • You must not use the App for any illegal, harmful, or inappropriate purposes.


3. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The App is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will function without errors, interruptions, or defects.

  • We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the App’s content, functionality, or availability.


4. Limitation of Liability

StudyPal App, Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to:

  • Any damages or harm caused by the misuse of the App,

  • Any loss of data, unauthorized access, or security breaches,

  • Any technical issues or downtime experienced by the App,

  • Any issues with compatibility or performance on your device.


Your use of the App is at your own risk.


5. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this webpage, and continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.


6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Camam (the "App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data and recording footage when you use the App.

We do not collect, store, or share any personal information or data from users of the App. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Device information,

  • Location data,

  • Usage data.


2. No Recording Storage

Camam is a video recording app that allows you to record footage directly on your device. We do not collect, store, or have access to any footage that you record using the App. All video footage remains entirely on your device, and we have no means of accessing or retrieving it.


3. No Sharing of Data

Since we do not collect or store any data or footage, we do not share any information with third parties for any purpose, including advertising, analytics, or any other form of data processing.


4. Third-Party Services

The App does not use any third-party services that collect data on our behalf or require you to share your personal information.


5. Children’s Privacy

Since we do not collect any personal data, the App does not knowingly collect or require any information from children under the age of 13.


6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update or change this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted within the App, and continued use of the App after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the updated policy.

Disclaimer On Recording Others


By using Camam, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws regarding recording video or audio of others. In particular, you must ensure that:

  • You have the explicit consent of individuals being recorded, or

  • Recording others without consent is legally permissible in your jurisdiction (e.g., public places where no expectation of privacy exists).


StudyPal App, Inc. is not responsible for any legal consequences resulting from the misuse of the App, including but not limited to:

  • Recording others without their consent,

  • Recording in prohibited areas, or

  • Any breaches of privacy laws.


It is solely the user’s responsibility to ensure they are in compliance with the laws of their country or region regarding video and audio recording. StudyPal App, Inc. disclaims all liability for any legal action, fines, or penalties arising from the improper use of the App.
